Banks uses a writing style that is easily relatable to teenage vernacular. I get a sense that the main character is simply thinking his thoughts as i read them. It is very easy to relate to him speaking.
The Canadian and the girl are a strange couple. I think the girl is just following the man who is a huge pervert. Its a good thing that Chappie could see through his attempts use him in a porno.
